Default turbo management

i got a great deal on a stock wrx turbo and intercooler...$325 shiped... im going to build my own turbo kit from scratched based on this ive made a few forum asking questions but from reading other forums im seeing rich/lean and managment will be my biggest problem

so i guess im asking...what do i need to manage it right, im going to get wrx injectors and ill only run about 3-4 psi for a little boost and for safety to my drivetrain do i need a super air flow controller by apexi..or maybe a boost controller? im having trouble finding the good turboin forums
