Default Installing Cobb Intake

The Intake was shipped this past Thursday. Hopefully I'll get it early this week.
How hard is it to install?? IS it pretty straight forward??
Can it be installed with just the hood up or do I have to get under the car for anything?
Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

take you 20 minutes tops with a couple sockets, various extensions, and a screwdriver or tow. no need to lift the car or crawl under it, every bolt is accessible from the top. you will be pleased.

Is the air filter in the black part of the intake? How do you change it? What type of filter is used?

The filter is a PRM, it rules!

Last year I got a mandrel bent 3" / 45° elbow and some connectors from PRM to make my own intake. Here is the URL:
