Default OEM 5x100 wheel 4/2 pot clearance

I'm interested in compiling a list of 5x100 OEM rims that clear 4/2 pot brakes. I searched around a bit but oddly didn't come up with a ton.

-'07+ WRX 17"
-'04 STi BBS
-'05+ Legacy 17"
-'07+ Legacy Spec-B 18"
-'98-'01 Impreza RS 16"
-'04+ Forester XT 16"
-'06-'07 Impreza 2.5i 5-spoke 16"
-'05-'06 Saab 9-2x Aero 17"
-(year??) silver steelies 16"
-'02-'03' WRX BBS RK option 17"

Am I missing any here?

Make sure to clarify which 4 pots!

The JDM units with raised lettering or the USDM units that are flatter using a sticker/stencil instead for the lettering.

The raised lettering will greatly reduce your choices in OEM wheels.

Ah, I did not know that! It wouldn't be a bad to have a list clarifying which wheels can clear one or the other.

The 17in optional WRX BBS wheels fit the USDM 4pots with a serveral mm to spare.

Although i think we should keep this thread and OP should keep a nice list in the orig. post. The linked thread is kinda scattered.

Also, OP, it should be 04 ONLY STi BBS'. 05+ is 5x114.3

Bah! Good catch on the BBS, that's slightly embarrassing! I guess that's what happens when you post from work.

Thanks for the link too. I'll try to keep the list updated in my original post as I gather the info!

EDIT: I just realized that I actually posted in that thread two years ago!

I would like to see this list expanded to non-OEM 16's as well.

Are you sure about this? I have optional BBS RK's on my bugeye and was told by multiple people that they would not clear the USDM 4 pots.

Yes I am positive!!!!!! They are on my car right now. 17 x 7 et53

for confirmation from another owner, see post 17-18

But it doesn't matter because I asked twice for the list to be updated the the OP is a bit special.

Sorry that my life doesn't revolve around updating this thread.

However I am hesitant to add those to the list because they technically aren't an OEM rim, but a dealer option.

As for EDM and JDM rims, post up the info and I'll add it, I'm not too knowledgable about those rims.

Except on an FXT, with OEM 16" wheels, the 06/07 4pots work, with only about 2mm to spare. The JDM ones I do not believe would fit. So in specific cases it may not work like on an FXT. However, I bet any OEM 17" wheel would be fine.

Yep, Australia and UK at least.
17x7 +55.
Standard on MY01-05 models - bugeye and peanut for us, which had the 'raised lettering' calipers.

If this isn't a sticky, it should be. It would have saved me some money, or maybe I should work harder with the search function.

I second this. It would have saved me money as well but I couldn't find a thread on this subject when I searched for it.
