went to evo v Sti day saturday. got a lot of positive comments on the car, i'm happy people like it as much as i do. i'm still torn on the ride height, it handles so well i dont want to ruin it, but in photos it just looks like i have a **** ton of gap when in person its no where to be seen.
big thanks to Jon Tuazon for the great shots of my car. see his page for great coverage! http://www.facebook.com/pages/Jonath...43789019050604 i did a full detail on it sunday, pictures to follow they will be EPIC.

Yeah, maybe an Alaskan thing? I hated it the first time, but grew to love it after dissecting it a bit.
In Jive's waterfront pics, the trees remind me of the ones from that movie. Must be East Coast Trees, son. |

Saw your pics for the first time today Jive. Loves it. Makes me want wider wheels and more tire.

Damn that looks nice. Great shots. Must have an issue with your shoulder if that much water is gushing out...
Is that the STi lip with Bottomline skirts? |

Is this the trick?? I've played with metalcast and I could never get it to look glossy, it was always matte/textured but I didn't know much about wetsanding at the time and figured I'd go right through it.
Tried to do some fogs in yellow a few years back and ended up using stained glass paint and brushing it on. |

It's HT Auto, expensive as hell I might add. I don't believe STI lips fit the BRZ, especially since the bumper moldings are so different

STi has lip/skirts/spats for the BRZ, the bumpers are the same. The STi version is about $150 more than HTA. Everything else like Chargespeed, etc are all several hundred more than that. I've been spending lots of time on japanparts the last couple of days, daydreaming... Last edited by 2point0; 04-11-2013 at 12:41 PM. |

Cool, thanks! I'll have to play with that paint some more. I had all kinds of ideas for it but got discouraged when it looked like a dull red turd.

Just checked out HPT. Is that your car in the product pics? I'd really like to see a more top-down view of this thing. My biggest gripe with the HTAutos lip is that it's so damn pointy. None of the parts really flow with the car's lines.
And any idea if HPT is working on rear spats? |
