2019 WRX Restrictor Pill

This weekend I'm finally going to throw on all the mods for my Flex Fuel plans. I'll be doing the Cobb Flex Fuel Kit, TGV/EGR, GrimmSpeed EBCS, and a GS catted J-pipe.

I've been searching online and have found mixed results. I see people say to remove the pill, I see people say to leave it.

Do I need to remove the Restrictor Pill if I am installing the GS EBCS?
