Includes everything that you need to get it to work, minus the GameBoy (the DTEC doesn't come with one, and I'm not giving up mine!
 ) Pick up a used GameBoy somewhere else for $20...The TurboXS DTEC Boost Controller makes the Apex'i AVC-R look retarded.
