Default No start issue

So I recently did and engine swap on my 08 wrx and after putting it all together I now have a crank car seems like it wants to start but won’t start. I have fuel spark and injector pulse. No codes computer reads rpms so crank sensor is working. Made sure my coil packs are plugged in properly and have the plugs in proper place. All electrical connections are connected. Timing is good. Anyone have any ideas. Like I said it cranks over it wants to start but won’t start up. Please help I’m losing my mind here and getting far from frustrated.

A SI engine needs three things to run: fuel and air in the right proportion, spark at the right time and good mechanical compression.

Assuming you've got the spark and fuel as you describe then that leaves compression. What do you know about the donor engine?

I built the motor myself. Compression was one of the first things I checked and I'm getting about 150 in all cylinders. This is why I'm pulling my hair out here. I've never in my life had issues like this before. I've been a mechanic all my life and never once could I not diagnose a no start. I'm fricken baffled here. This engine should be running. Thanks for the reply though.

I know some crank gears have 2 marks, only 1 is correct.
Have you tried starting fluid?
How do you know you have fuel, the plugs are wet?

Is it cranking quickly, or slow?
What does battery voltage drop to while cranking? Should be mid 11's, maybe add a charger or jumper cables from another car.

Yeah the plugs are wet that's what is killing me cause when I check the spark too I have spark. So even that should at least start the car up even if the air was a little messed up it would just run like crap. The other thing is I have no cel codes. Brand new battery then I had to charge it. And I would keep charger on and set to start car so it's cranking fast enough. I really appreciate the replies guys. There has to be something I'm overlooking and my frustration won't let me see it.

This might not be it, but worth a shot. There is a ground (I think 2 grounds that come together) on the rear of the drivers side intake manifold. It comes off if you remove the metal guard covering the fuel rail. If that is not grounded, the car will not start.

I'll have to try that because I put in tgv deletes and it's got this crazy coating on them. I'll try that this week. Thank you so much for the reply.
