Default Another recall

Got this today from Autobytel.com. Anyone had a problem?

Campaign Number: 04V473000 Date: 2004-Oct-01

Component: Engine And Engine Cooling
Defect Summary: ON CERTAIN PASSENGER AND SPORT UTILITY VEHICLES, THE COVER BOLTS FOR THE ENGINE OIL CONTROL VALVE MAY NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY TIGHTENED, ALLOWING OIL TO LEAK FROM AROUND THE COVER GASKET.
Consequence Summary: IF LEAKING OIL CONTACTS COMPONENTS OPERATING AT HIGH TEMPERATURES, A FIRE COULD RESULT IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT.
Corrective Summary: DEALERS WILL INSPECT AND RETIGHTEN THE OIL-FLOW CONTROL VALVE COVER BOLTS. THE RECALL IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN ON OCTOBER 10, 2004. OWNERS SHOULD CONTACT SUBARU AT 1-800-782-2783.

Yeah, that is useless if you don't continue to post up what models are affected!
I have not gotten anyhting in the mail about this, though.

That recall involves only Imprezas and Foresters having turbocharged 2.0L engines with AVCS. According to SOA, exactly one vehicle in North America is affected (an Impreza imported into Canada for racing purposes).

Sorry about the poor resolution in that document. If you've done a JDM engine swap, you might want to get a clean/clear copy of that document via NHTSA's Technical Information Services at http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/problems/trd. It will cost about $39.50, though.

Whoops. I spoke too soon. The defect is present in a very few (26) 2004MY 2.5L turbo vehicles in the US. These affected vehicles were used in auto shows and press events.
The details are at:

I wonder if it is Pat Richard's rally car? (it says GDB right, so it could be the SOC STi).

Where is this bolt? I'm sure the swappers would be interested.
