Does it come with the monitor, or is it just the cpu main unit?

just the cpu, you have to supply the monitor - any kind will do as long as it has a RCA video input.

where can you find the C.A.M.P system?

its not at hks-usa.com.

yes it is at the hks site HKS Unit there you go. it is also found on a few other site i just forgot the names of them.
