Wusthof FTW! I love their steak knives! If I'm in, I'm bringin' my own as well.

That said...

What are the drinking rules? I'm 5'11, 180lbs, and can put down a good 32oz of steak while sober...however, if I'm allowed to have a few shots beforehand, I could easily take this son of a bitch down (and I'd be far more amusing the process). Anybody and/or the restaurant care?

You'd have to train for 64ozs, work your way up - first sitting you'd really just be giving your money away....not mess with carbonation, beer ect...you can do it but it will take a little time...

I can probably kill 30oz (i'm around 180lbs) of good tender melt in your mouth steak, if you get a crappy chewy bubble gum steak messed with crappy seasoning and what not...you're basically out $60 and you'll feel like trash the next day.
