yeah, just seeing if anyone had stuff layin around to sell first, before having to order. I wanted to get this project done tonight or tommorrow if possible, didnt want to wait for shipping, otherwise I would go with a friend from anapolis subaru back east!

Then best go to the dealer/rallysport if you want it that fast. Dont forget to change the idlers/tensioner also.

Is it absolutely necessary to do the idlers and tensioner when performing the belt swap? I myself am trying to part list what is exactly required to do the installation. So far, all I have is this:

  • Tomei belt guide
  • OEM timing belt w/ tensioner
  • P&L Race Application oil pump
  • OEM water pump
  • GMS 170* thermostat

Not absolutely necessary, but what happens if one starts going south in 5k miles :P You probably could get by if you wanted too.
