Not enough fuel
Okay, built motor and everything is set up correctly. Only problem left is that my car isn't getting enough fuel to start. We check the plugs after attempting to start and there is barely any fuel on the plugs... One thing that came to mind is that the evac line near the feed & return hard fuel lines near the firewall is capped off. Does that vacuum line need to be ran or can it be capped?
Any help is appreciated

Sure you have the fuel lines back on the rails correctly?

I'm pretty sure, it's the agency power kit. We have the top lines from the block going to the front side of each rail and the bottom lines to the top middle of the rails.
Does the evac vacuum line NEED to be hooked up? |

i read this on two threads awhile back that it needs to be hooked up for the regulator but i don.t know where i read it, search regulator-relocation or aftermarket installation-why not try it?

the vapor return line by the m/cyl does not need to be hooked up, like above you have the lines at the firewall hooked up backwards I'll bet.

The evap stuff doesn't matter but your FPR needs a vacuum source if thats what your asking about.
