Update #9

We installed the engine a couple of weeks back, and I've spent the last couple of weeks finishing up the wiring, fluids, intake, and AOS.

I picked up a Grimmspeed AOS for $50 from a local guy. $20 in 1/2 fuel hose and we are all set. I know this AOS gets some flack for how its mounted to the oil filler, but for $70 I'm happy.

I'm not 100% happy with the location of the air intake and will probably relocate it depending on intake temps.

Only thing left is the tune and I'll be back on the road!

Update #10

Well I've managed to get a lot done on the WRX! Car runs great and I haven't experienced any issues to date.

We completed the Brembo swap this past weekend. I know this is a popular swap, but man, the difference is night and day. I do have some rubbing from the DNA rotors in the rear that I need to sort out. We also installed all new SS brake lines and Stoptech pads.

I've also been working on the shifter assembly. My car is experiencing the shifter wobble while in gear issue. I bought the new assembly from fastwrx. I also upgraded the shifter bushings with a Kartboy set.

Last big update is a full STi interior swap. I have always loved the blue STi seats and managed to pick up a full 2007 interior for only $600!
