Default Will 18" stock subie tires/rims rub on my 2002 WRX wagon?

The title is the question of the day for me. I have a potentially good deal eying me in the face for some 18"s, but I dont want to risk any rubbing issues on my 2002 WRX wagon.

Thanks for any guidance! If I pass on them, I'll post the details for anyone else interested.

Umm.... What bolt pattern, offset are the wheels? Is your wagon lowered if so tolerances can be tight on the rear.

Ah, sorry, the stock Impreza pattern: 5x100. These are coming off another WRX. My wagon is stock, along with the ride-height.

Thanks!

Do you say they are stock 18s? Or am I not getting it right...

Would be good to know 18X? 7.5; 8; 8.5 and it is good to know offset too!

Regards

Apparently I need to scrutinize people a lot more before I go off and ask questions like this. The seller was full of incorrect information and either had bad assumptions of his own, or was possibly just telling out-right lies.

Thanks for the replies, and sorry for wasting everyones time. Although it wasnt a total waste for me and has been a good clue-by-four to the noggin' for confirming details, etc.
