Not Subaru specific but sitting at a certain tire retailer waiting for new winter tires to be put on some new winter rims. My WRX still has the summer tires on as its only 4 days old.

Understand that snow is actively falling during this conversation. The entire state is also under a "blizzard warning" with news agencies predicting a record setting winter storm.

Tech: "So do you want these tires mounted on the car now?"
Me: "Uhhh yeah" ***128529;

Funniest thing I've read all day...

25, parent, appreciate all music. There is good music and very talented musicians in all genres, and anyone who says otherwise either doesn't understand music or hasn't given it a shot.

So I went to Advanced Auto Parts one day to go see if they had any valve cover gaskets in stock (I was being cheap at the moment but I ended up with oem gaskets) so the counter guy ask me what car I have and I said "SUBARU impreza wrx" and the guy looked lost searching on his computer and suddenly yells out at his co-worker, "Hey man! what makes SUBARU!?" Co-worker yells back "Subaru idiot" I stood there and laughed.

Even if its not your taste you still.appreciate it and the effort it took just cause you don't like it doesn't mean it sucks. Is be the first to say I don't like a song. But I can still find parts I do like..

Subie:
I don't get stupid comments, but I get a ton of ricers and meth heads in Hondas trying to race me. I'm not sure if they just think that my car is slow or that they might actually have a chance against a WRX (assuming that they don't know the difference between a 2.5i & WRX wagon). The funny part is that most of them would still lose to me since they have at most a 2.3l I4 with barely 150hp and 130ft/lbs of torque.

Honda:
I used to own a Prelude 4WS (4 wheel steering) and one day I was beside some douche in an Eclipse at a stop light. The guy yells over to me (after seeing the "4WS" badges on my trunk & B-pillar) "Your car is 4 wheel drive?"

Just filled up at a full service station, (only one I could make it to, as I was on empty).

The guy just goes, "damn, this thing must be fun in the snow."

"Haha, yeah, she does alright. I went through a quarter of a tank friday night (blizzard nemo) and I only stopped because I was out of gas and nothing was open!"
