No need to withdraw. Clearly their reputation has been well established as demonstrated in this thread.

![]() I ordered a scoop delete back in march and I have still yet to get it. Tried e-mailing, calling, land using their message system several times with no luck getting ahold of anyone. Seems like an awful business. I don't recommend them.

![]() Add me to the list of bad experiences with kstech. Ordered a louver plate directly from kstech may 12th. After 2 weeks of no update on status or shipping, sent them an email and left a voicemail asking about the status, no response. Waited another 2 weeks, tried again, no response, so I did a chargeback in June.
Same week in June, found a different retailer selling their parts, so I tried ordering through them in the hopes they had it in stock. Same story, a month with no info, retailer couldnt get ahold of them, so they refunded my money last week Just lucked out and found someone in the private classifieds selling their scoop delete, so i snatched that up. Still searching for a louver plate. |

![]() Just thought I’d add my recent experience. I talked to Import Image Racing about getting a KS Tech scoop block plate among some other things. They said they were having issues getting KS Tech to fill orders so they dropped them as a vendor. Being that there aren’t many options to block the scoop opening while still retaining the scoop, I took the chance and ordered the plate direct through KS Tech’s site.
I took the chance because I thought maybe something weird was going on and all this was just an anomaly. I had ordered spacers from them a few years back through their site and received a call maybe 45 minutes after placing my order, saying that they knew it was race season and they might not be able to get them to me for like four or five days or something and wanted to make sure that wasn’t going to hold me up. I told them it wasn’t and I received them about a week later. Seemed pretty stellar to me at the time. I placed the order July 19 and didn’t receive any kind of confirmation email, call, anything. But the money did transfer. A week later was when I came across this thread and got a bit worried, so I emailed asking for a status update. I gave it a few more days and sent an email on August 2 saying that I came across this thread on NASIOC, if I didn’t receive some sort of update I would have to go through my bank to be issued a refund, recounted my previous excellent experience ordering though them, and ended it saying I’m really just hoping to receive the part so I can finish up my car. August 10 I received an order update that it shipped. We’ll see when it gets here and I’ll update accordingly. As of this writing the USPS tracking number still just says label created, still awaiting arrival at USPS facility. |

![]() Block plate got here today in good order. Overall service was less than stellar, especially compared to last time. But I paid what I believe to be a fair price and I received the item that I ordered, albeit after slight nagging unfortunately, so I’m content.

That’s because it’s surplus. It’s literally sitting on a shelf pre-made. Dude is shipping out remaining stock. Nothing is being made.. strictly liquidation. Look at the other kstech thread going. People need to stop ordering and stand up against bad practices. |

![]() Just found this thread and now I'm a bit bummed out, I ordered some weldless TGV deletes over the weekend and was hoping they'd ship soon. Looks like they probably won't...back to JB weld I guess.

![]() I was looking for a cai that would work with a Perrin front mount. Came across kstech and this thread shortly after. I was very disappointed to read all the negative comments but I shot them an email before ordering to see if they would even respond. I also emailed Perrin for two of the intercooler pipes at the same time. KS Tech responded to me the same day and Perrin was two days after. I actually was pretty upfront with ks in saying I read a lot of negative stuff about them and wanted to get in touch before ordering. They said a lot of the stuff online is probably justified because they had some personnel and supplier issues when they moved to NC. They also told me that intakes were backlogged about a week. I went ahead and ordered. I had a tracking number about a week after I placed my order and the intake arrived shortly after. So far I’m happy with the product and the service. From my experience and what I’ve read I would suggest emailing them before ordering so you know when your order would ship.
