Cleaned the STI today.

Road trip to Topeka KS, took a tour of the Capital Building.
During our road trips, I like to stop by a local dealer just to get a picture with our car (like a "been there" shirt).

Close call Wednesday night. Changed all brake pads and rotors on the FXT. Was tightening the caliper bolt and it felt like I was loosening it again. I'm glad it all came out without a problem. I also broke a stud and had that replaced yesterday. It was a good time.

I don't usually like stickers on the car but I got flat black to be a little incognito. I'll see if I like it in the daylight, if not i'll be removing.

Also the FXT achieved a MILEstone.

I've had many vehicles in my life, including the 10 Subarus I've mentioned in this thread. This STI is bar far my favorite, of ALL!!! It's also the most pampered one too, under 6,500 miles. More smiles than miles.

I'm native Alaskan and if my kiddos were a high enough blood line, they would've been in the Raven clan.

I'm a little late but on Saturday it was our 7 year anniversary with the FXT. Started with 12 miles.

7 year miles:

Today we reached 80k miles. Just over 7 years old, this is the longest and most miles on a vehicle we've had. Looking forward to the kiddos taking the wheel (scare to think about).

Did you need to remove your bumper to install the '20 ducts?

No, I removed some of the wheel well liners (enough to reach to the back of the '19 bezels to push in the tabs holding it onto the bumper. It was easier after the first one because I knew what I was doing for the second one. When putting them on, you have to make sure you watch all edges to they don't rub the paint on the way on.

The car looks great man, you will need to come down to Kansas City so we can do Subaru things.

It's snowing here in NE.

STI is tucked in, staying free of salt.
