He's from north Jersey as well. not sure if he's on the board or not. All major mods were done at a reputable shop where i get my Jspec MR2's work done.

anyone know the difference between the e-bay version of the projectors for the bugeyes & the $800 other than the price itself?

does anyone here have them? how are the fitments?

thanks.

If you're referring to the $150 ones, STAY AWAY from those, they are total crap. Even though the current version are actual projectors (the earlier ones said they were but were simple reflectors) they still have an awful beam pattern and are cheaply made. Not to mention that they are not wired correctly and you have to "fix" them before you even put them on the car.
When it comes to things like lighting you get what you pay for. I suggest you peruse the Electrical and Lighting forum, especially the FAQs at the top, for lots of useful lighting info.
In fact, since I'm sure you will have lots of other questions about other things, you should go directly here and begin reading-
http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=533787

I guarantee that any question you may have about the car and potential mods has been asked and answered about a billion times on this site, if what you need isn't in Unabomber's threads the search function will be your friend.

I believe the general concensus is that the genuine JDM lights are far superior than the eBay lights.

in a way im purposely looking for a modded one. I wouldn't have the $$ to drop on mods like the ones i posted & the shop that modded that car does all the work to my MR2. so i know where to go if something were to go wrong.
