Default Turbo break in : How you did it ?

I know you need to break in the new turbo for couple of hundred miles before tunning (in my case for stage 4), but how and with what settings ??
How to run your car during turbo break in ?
Any precautions beside not to run with boost ?
Do you need to do sequential install of Stage 4 components ?
Thanks
