Default MAF on a 95 Impreza

Welp...I just replaced the O2 sensor and I'm still having this problem: car won't rev over 4100 RPM. It's like there's a fuel cutoff or something. I thought the O2 sensor was the culprit, but could it be the MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor?

I really don't feel like shelling out a buch of cash for a new one...

Does your speedometer work? A bad speed sensor (not sure if 95's have this) can do this also.
