You should be able to work on the entire engine bay now while you stand at the front of the car.

Big turn off is how FMIC unfriendly it looks. Not that it matters since we'll be working on my new chassis mount once the new bumper arrives in tandem with the new bumper support. Still better than the "lip mount splitters" that have been on the market till now.

Are you planning on actually using this on the track? (no shade, serious question)

Not going to lie. I lol'd when they got to that part in their video.

Kinda concerns me. Someone got it into my head that a good splitter will beak away if you hit something. This thing would be a mess if you eat a bad curb/berm.

Shade away!

I was noticing that too though. Looking through their specs and seeing the design. After a little while... "Oh ****, I have pipes there. This won't work. "

But it is the first time that I've seen the bumper beam mounts used. I was planning to drill into the frame.

I have the Battle Aero Splitter brackets and crafted my own splitter. I do alot of autocross & am getting more into time/attack/track/high speed/whatever you want to call it. I wanted a chassis mount because I am going to need a splitter that can take a few cone trikes in a row without ripping away plus not flexing will give the best result. Also, Battle Aero has come out and said most of the intercooler kits that have outlets at the top of the intercooler do/should work without a problem. If you're intercooler has outlets in the middle or bottom you may have a problem.

I didn't have the best expectations for the kit, but it really is a well-made, quality piece.

It works with FMIC.

Also, I currently autox but not road race and time attack events, which I want to get into eventually.

Default 2011-2014 WRX and STi picture thread: Part 4

Just installed new RLCAs from partsbymax. Made for the 86/brz but since our gen shares the same rear subframe, it all bolts up perfectly

These things are stout and super adjustable (partsbymax employee told me up to -10 degrees of camber lol) . Highly recommend

What exhaust?

I have 4 pots intended for my 2.5RS, but seeing it on your hatch is tempting me to put it on my hatch instead.

Invidia Q300 Catback.

The 4 Pots and stainless lines tightened up the brakes quite a bit. I am also using stoptech slotted rotors and Hawk HPS pads.
