Default Upstream o2 Sensor broke off.. No power

First off Iím not sure if this is the right spot to post but I had a cel for a upstream o2 sensor and I had to drive with it for pretty much a week. I drove it very easy and didnít boost once. The afr on my Accessport stayed at 14.7. I replaced the o2 today and the code is gone but when I took the o2 sensor out the tip of it broke off. Could this have gone into my turbo? Could the afr foulded my plugs? Basically the car will get to about -2 -1 of boost then just stay there at around 3500rpms.. normally I would at least have 3 lbs of boost by now. Iíve looked for boost leaks and havenít found any. Car is a 2004 sti with a Blouch Dom 3.0xtr supporting mods and a built block. Iím starting to think the tip of the sensor went into my turbo and itís shot now.. isnít there a recall for this? But anyways the car drives normal other then no boost. Doesnít smoke at all or anything

Is your UP CATTED? If so, the CAT stopped the tip from reaching the turbo.
Also possible the CAT came apart, that can block the pipe. I believe that was the recall. A broken UP CAT can also wipe out a turbo.

So, if you have a CAT in the UP, pull things apart and check.
