Default Chinese made tires?

Hi Everyone! Do you have any experience with Chinese made tires? My 08 OB is only going to last another 2 years. I juuuuust squeaked by NJ emissions inspection. I need another set of all seasons next spring. I do run dedicated snow tires so snow traction is no concern with the all seasons. I donít want to spend more than I have to for tires that I will put 30k mikes on at the most. Are they more prone to puncture?

Thanks in advance!
Steve

I ran the Nankang NS20 for awhile and didn't have any problems.
I've been getting used tires off craigslist for years - can find some good deals on good tires!
Good luck!

Thank you very much. A lot of people trash these tires saying they are poor quality but I have noticed quite a lot of cars with them recently.

Thanks again!

FYI, Nankang is from Taiwan, not China.

OP: They are a good 2nd tier tire company, and I think they will be more than just fine for your purpose.
