About 2.5 lbs of chicken, 4 sweet potatoes. 1/3 container of Greek yogurt, a banana, about 15 pcs of asparagus. Split into 2 meals. Just finished my last one for pwo and I'm still hungry.... Oh ya and 3 big mugs of coffee this morning.

Shoulder workout was good. I'm kinda surprised since I was tired all freaking morning. I slept in until 8, didn't want to do cardio, did it anyway :grumpycat: . I'm scheduling an off day for tomorrow. I have some stuff to do after work, so leg day is Tuesday.

Looking forward to a nice shoulder/leg day tomorrow

Lifted at a CF gym today. It was a fun experience. I loaded up 405 on the bar for squats - which took up all the room on the bar. A small crowd formed and one of the girls pointed out that the bar was bending. Did two sets of doubles. Was going to hit a triple on the second set, but I got a bit excited and took a step forward at the top. Guess I need to finish a rep before doing the next one.

I am very used to lifting by myself. Having people watching me and giving me encouragement was odd. Even funnier having them tell me it was impressive. Thank God they didn't ask me to try a double under or something.

Deadlifts were next. Could only get 405 on the bar... well, I could have gotten 425 on the bar, but was too lazy to go through the effort. Hit 6 reps at 405.

Fun day, coached deadlifts and squats for CF girls, earned some money, got a free lunch. It was a good day.

They look a hell'uva lot cooler than the iron plates. Especially if you're using 100 lbs plates.

I know he was shooting for it. Looks like he ended up with a 2302 smashing a 40+ year old record. For a bodybuilder, Stan is strong. For a powerlifter, Stan has nice build.

Coan gave him a pretty sweet press command on the bench. I didn't see anything wrong with the lift of the command, but Stan did get a quick call. SPF calls for the bar to motionless and then you can press. Stan did a clean bench, got a fast call, and the rest is history.

Did you see what happened to Brandon on bench? He changed out of his Chucks and his shoulder got all messed up. See? See?!!!??!?!? See???!!?!?!!!!!

Yea Stan just pulled 837. Think that put him at 2301. What is crazy is that he has more in him if his squat was up to where it normally is. Will be sick to see if Eric Lilliebridge comes and takes it back.

Yea his shoulder wasn't used to the extreme badass-ness that comes with Adipowers.. You gotta work up to that, you don't just strap on a pair and go balls out.

Chad Wesley Smith is ginormous.

I notice Mark Bell is wearing that Rogue belt. Probably added 100lb to his total.

Nothing like some good cardio at 5 am to wake up.
Lets see if I can do it every morning this week. 2 days down, 5 to go.
