Just thought I'd post up a reminder to the six people who still hang out here
Along with competitor registration now being open, WORKER registration is also open. Go to https://www.100aw.org/volunteers/vol...-registration/ to register. Each year, we rely on around 300 volunteers to make this event possible. Those workers perform as course marshals, start/finish workers, spectator marshals, communications (ham radio) operators, medical professionals and sweep/recovery people. Please consider volunteering.

Was planning on going this year. Last two years I had to run ranges for the army, this year I got told I will be in army school prior to our deployment overseas

Hey, it's this weekend in case you forgot. You could still show up to volunteer. Spec. guides posted. 28 or so of the 64 entries are Subies.

Hi, thought I'd dig this up since it says what we need it to say which is we always need more volunteers for 100AW. We have a record entry of 90 this year and will need plenty of help. New link: https://rally.100aw.org/volunteers/v...-registration/

It's a five hour soulless slog down to St Louis but the last hour and a half is a great drive the the rally itself is a lot of fun. Come see how goats and geese are as effective as dogs at guarding remote farms and get to know people you'd never meet around Chicago in a million years. They're mostly friendly.
