For push clutches, yes. The typical snout repair sleeve slides over the existing snout making it a larger diameter. The standard/OEM ToB has an ID that is too small to fit, thus a different ToB when using the repair kit.

For pull clutches, I would assume it's the same, so no clue why an ACT clutch wouldn't work.

Note, this is part of why, when doing work by the clutch, it's a good idea to clean the trans snout, lightly smooth any rough spots, then lube the snout before assembling. It reduces the wear from the ToB on the snout.
Also not driving forever on a failing ToB also helps. If the bearing gets too bad, the spinning clutch will spin it on the snout.

Also curious on the ACT compatibility with the pull-type tsk2.
I purchased an ACT clutch before I knew my tranny had the tsk2 sleeve on it.
I tried opening up the TOB that came with the ACT, but went through the bushing material and started hitting metal before it would fit over the sleeve.

I'm picking up the TSK2 TOB today and will see if it locking into the ACT monoloc properly.
I noticed on the fastwrx site, they mention the following:
NOTE: There have been some reports of incompatibility with the snap ring on ACT clutches. We suggest swapping over the snap ring from your OEM clutch.

Not sure if it will work with the ACT monoloc or not...

Default TSK2 with ACT Monoloc

Just as a follow-up, I am using the TSK2 pull type TOB and sleeve with an ACT HDSS using their Monoloc and so far so good.
I snapped the TOB to the Monoloc before installation just to verify it locked in properly.
Installed the standard way with TOB on the snout.
Pushed the clutch fork to the rear to lock into the PP.
Been running it for 2 days without any issues.
