Then I searched around and emailed another local dealership and they said I could still order... unfortunately they closed before I could give them a call. Very confused.
Interesting... I ordered my '21 Limited on 09/09 with the agreement that if I loved the '22 I could move my deposit over to the new one. I was told it was the last day to place an order for the '21 -- but maybe it was my dealer's last day that they were willing to order one?

I'd be curious to know the actual answer, if the order window is still open for the '21. If nothing else so I can give sales guy a hard time about it...

Having digested the new design for a while, I think that it could actually look pretty good with just color-matched fender trims and a complete re-boot of the black part of the rear bumper to something much simpler (and with a larger portion body-colored). The good news is that these are simple changes relatively, the bad news is that Subaru would get it so wrong in the first place.

I'd rather they hold off on the 2022, revamp it, and make it a 2023. Try again, Subaru.

Okay, two reported posts this morning from this thread.
Can we take a step back and keep the conversation civil?

Reminder: Each of us likes different stuff. Accept it.
