You know what would be a phat exhaust tip? One that made your exhaust sound like a Tie Fighter. That'd turn some heads. Shi t, I'd get one.

Wow... and here I was thinking that only my two year old niece and her peers were so easily amused by shiny things and flashy lights. Unfortunately, I'm sure these will sell like hotcakes.

BTW... I'm dying to see the day when some fool gets pulled over for having a blue neon exhaust tip. Cops around here don't like it when you take their flashy light colors

Now this is something Federal, state and local governments should be taxing. Raising the taxes on cigarettes is a cheap, no-brainer copout. Raise the taxes on bling - and while we're at it, tacky lawn ornaments too!

It all started with those damned blinking Reebocks I've always loved it when the street punks wear them...it gives a really good idea of an aiming point in the dark

What constitutes tacky? Pink Flamingos? Garden gnomes? Easter bunnies? Does it fall under the "what is porn" definition of "I know it when I see it?"

How long before neon lights on cars are the new "gang colors"? "DUDE! You don't mess around with the Purple Hondas... they're the bad westside gangstas! You don't ever wanna be around when the redglows pull up!"

I saw one of those the other night while driving around. First I saw this blue little light coming from the bottom of a civic none the less. Then all of a sudden the light went away, so I got confused. So I got a little closer to see what was going on...and the light was on again....and then gone. Then understood why. The dumb kid that installed the light up tip installed it onto his brake light! Instead of doing it to his tail lights or actually running a switch...*sigh* it was funny.

This kid I used to work with had one of those. He had to connected to his brake light. Every time he would brake it would light up. I was driving behind him and thought I was just seeing things, til he rolled up into work with that. He drives a honda. He also thought that the boost gauge that the factory puts in on the WRX was a tachometer. Silly kids.
