Here is my other engine block after I got it back from the machine shop and I powdercoated it Chevy orange. It's getting built to be a 4.8 for boost.

anyone got any ideas or suggestions for the car. I have a list of items I need to finish it. its crazy how fast thousands of dollars adds up from just little nick nacks But I'm not cutting any corners anywhere. I spent a little bit of time tonight going through some of my wiring and where I want to go with it and cleaning it up. Removing all the abs wiring and srs.

Pretty neat. Probably will hang down too low though for my application.

yea maybe. they have shallow and deep pans for some models though, couldn't hurt to measure

also a trans temp gauge so you know when to back off if you havent got one already.

what trans will you be using? turbo400?

actually, considering your fab skills, you could DIY cooling tubes in your own pan no problem.

I've been cleaning up the wiring in the car. Removing all the unnecessary stuff or that's covered in the LS stand alone harness and I've removed 22.5lbs so far.

Removed srs wiring. Abs wiring. Stock fan wiring, stock ac wiring, all the relays associated with that. Removed some marker light wires, shortened ground wires. Removed stock fuel pump wiring, removed the stock engine harness wiring harness plugs that are in the engine bay. My AC , fans, and fuel pump wiring is in my stand alone harness.

Few pics of when I started cleaning the harness up.

This is the harness that goes from the driver side over the bottom of the core support connects into the headlights and the relay and fuse box and abs and back into the passenger side. Mine no longer connects into the passenger side.

would anyone be interested in my viscous Lsd R200 from a 350z with only 1900 miles on it. Ive only used it for mockup and will no longer need it for my build. Id like to get $325 for it plus shipping to your location. its the 3.5x ratio

sorry guys. I never got around to finishing up the website blog. This year has been amazing to me.
I want to update everyone thats kept up with me and this car over the years. I still get emails randomly asking about my health. Well heres the update in cliff notes

Im still seizure free with medication...still not sure what causes them.

I got married to amazing woman.

I have a two month old amazing daughter now as well.

This year has also been the best for our business as well. We have been super busy. We are expanding. Have a huge client base all over the world now. We are going to offer more oem based chassis platforms. In October we will have another big announcement as well thats going to change everything for us in a huge way and the way we can help us offer more parts to everyone.

I still have my wrx. Its currently apart now, It has the 3rd engine built now, with a 4l80e trans. but I haven't had time to really worry with it. Every dollar has been going back into the business this year.

Its time to bring this thread back from the dead. Everyone check the website out and let me know what you think. www.v8wrx.com
