93 octane: 298.1HP 343.8tq @19psi
Flex (was reading about E80): 349.1HP 404.7tq @21psi

Dyno wasn't setup well for the 19" wheels, they were having issues keeping it on the rollers properly. Was about 91* and humid out. Going to wait for it to get cooler out and find a dyno she'll fit on properly to run it again.

Nice numbers Grip0818! Did not see the turbo you are running listed. I have a similar build and am working out the tune now. I have precision 6262 billet twin scroll. I'll throw some numbers after I run it for 500 miles for break in.

Guys I feel my numbers are a bit low here wondering if anyone with a similiar setup can chime in.

I feel like I've seen similiar setups to mine in the 350WHP range, I'm not chasing any numbers, the car pulls hard and boost kicks in like a rocket ship. Just wondering why im down at 320.

What does timing and fueling look like?

Also, it is a Mustang dyno... I can't even compare a 2004 to a 2005 STi on the same day based in the power @ 50 numbers that come up when the car is selected.

you cant really compare numbers on a dyno like that. there are too many varibles that can take effect.

Default Reliable 500whp for DD?

Anyone out there running 500whp+ in their Daily Driver reliably? If so would love to hear your setup. Im currently at 400whp in my STI and it runs great. I have 15k on the build. Thinking about turning up the power a little but dont want to lose the reliability.

Reliability reschmilalbikty. You’re talking antonyms here anyway. Anyone who drives their 500+ hp wrx daily is just driving it everyday and it hasn’t given way yet. We all know built motors don’t last much past 60k right?

Do you track this car? Wondering how quickly that a2w intercooler heat soaks. Was debating doing a setup like that. How big is your rad for it? Nice build!

Its a fresh build so I haven't gotten it to a track day yet, just a couple autocross events. So far I have no sign of heat soak, but I've only been out on cool days. I have the intercooler on a loop with a big ole heat exchanger and an extra 1 gal reservoir in the trunk. whole system holds about 2.5 gallons. Running a 33% coolant, 66% water and a bottle of water wetter. The coolant stays very cool, but this size intercooler is about maxed out for the hp. Even so I didn't see any higher than 135 degrees IATs at 20psi.

edit. The intercooler's dedicated heat exchanger is a 24"x12"x1". It's oversized and works great.
