Default Scammer warning - SleepState

Just like to post this out there to warn some people about this guy. This ordeal started with him back in April when I sold him a set of my coilovers. They were in great shape, and had some minor signs of wear.

After I sold them to him, they unfortunately were damaged in shipping due to mishandling. I sold the coilovers to him for $1850 and agreed to refund him $300 to help cover the cost of the coilover rebuild. Instead of accepting my $300, Sleepstate opened a paypal dispute which was initially closed in my favor. After this, he opened a dispute again with his bank which basically meant I could give no input or information from my side. As a result, the case just closed last week with no input from me. Sleepstate has completely avoided me (obviously) and now has my Feal 451 rally coilovers and my $1800, this is beyond frustrating considering him and Paypal have been no help whatsoever. If you see him out on the marketplace than BEWARE, he WILL open up a dispute and scam you!

Have you spoken to your bank about it? If you put some insurance on the coils they should've been claimable upon receiving and up to a few days i think.

Please post your information in the original NASIOC classified thread so it can be properly documented, then use the report button to report the thread and it can be reviewed for a possible move to the scammer section. Don't start new threads about it.
