I have been to a few NJ Subaru dealers, but I appreciated the Subaru Service at Prestige Subaru.

I just purchased my WRX from Lynnes Subaru in Bloomfield. I was very satisfied with the dealer and got (what I believe to be) a good price.

Avoid Victory Subaru in Somerset, NJ... although I realized the destination charges in my area is $830 instead of $795 quoted on the Subaru website, they were trying to sneak a PZEV charge of $399 on a 2016 WRX order.

I was so skeptical, I directly asked them to show me a window sticker of any 2015 WRX they have that has a PZEV charge, of course they couldn't show me one, even the 2015 Limited in the showroom didn't have one in the sticker. When they realized their mistake with me, instead of backtracking and not charging it, they still insisted. I just walked away and told them I don't want to deal with someone who wants to nickel and dime me.

They tried to lure me back... by explaining their BS more, and even bragged about their good social network reviews. Well, they can say goodbye to that, will start posting reviews now.

I've been to the following dealers with my 2004 WRX:

Blaise Alexander Subaru (Williamsport, PA)
Subaru World of Newton (Newton, NJ)
Feder's Subaru (now Johnston's Subaru) (Middletown, NY)

I had nothing but great experiences at these dealers. They never BS'd me. I would recommend them all.

Went to Victory Subaru in Somerset NJ. Asked to buy a one year old pre-owned outback. They bragged that their cars had only one owner. I checked out 2 cars, the owners were Avis and Enterprise in Boston. They didn't lie. But when I explained what I found, they were silent.
Repair estimate was double what a nearby dealer quoted me on the phone. Moved on.

I would double check their math. I almost bought my wrx from them but when I checked their financing paper work I found they were going to charge me $30 a month over the agreed upon price and rate.

My experience has been that they agree to a low price but then mess around with the financing to get themselves the profit they want without the customer knowing.

I had my car at Ciocca Subaru in Allentown a few times before I moved to Michigan. I had excellent service each time, I'd go back there if I was still in the area.

I purchased my '14 Wrx from Ciocca Subaru in allentown, Pa. Hands down best service and overall experience over all the other dealers I have personally dealt with. I would highly recommend them.

Well I heard so many horror stories from other dealerships in NJ area, i bought mine from ramsey subaru and i got a better deal than the rest in NJ i dealt with the salesman his name is Alex.P, especially their service department is comfy and nice as hell. There is one service advisor his name is Luis and he nows his stuff, they are mod friendly because of him. so if you are ever in the area speak to him and no one else he will take care of you.
