Hydraulic brake booster question.
Does anyone know if this would work on our cars?
Or does anyone have any experience getting rid of the vacuum booster? I am sick of not having brakes after being on boost and needing to stop immediately after, haha! Plus with a car show coming up here in summer I'd like my bay to be a little less empty. Tucking and shaving help huge, but that ugly booster still sits there and mocks me. Thanks guys.

I wouldn't use it for a daily. Chase bay makes one. Its a lot harder to push to stop. I have the same problem during autox's, there's a bit of delay before the brake feel like they turn on. It's annoying but it's not something I want to do about it since its not really my race car.

Doesn't make sense though to use the CB one.
I mean this uses pressure from the PS line and is always constantly on. So I see no issues. Especially when it saves you vacuum. Not sure why I'd want to have harder brakes on a daily. Ha. Harder to push that is. |

I drove with my booster disabled for years without issues. it's definitely not easy to get used to but once you do the pedal feel is way better and you have consistent brakes while boosting...
Most people freak out right at the get go because they think it can't stop. Once you figure out that you can it's fine. My mom even drove my car like this... |
