Default Torque spec for mounting idler pulley onto tensioner arm

I am wondering what the torque spec for mounting the tensioner idler pulley onto the aluminum tensioner arm. I know that 28 ftlbs mounts the tensioner arm to the block, but I am wondering on mounting the pulley onto the arm itself. I was working with a beginner friend and he accidentally removed the tensioner pulley from the little arm, ALLdata and the FSM do not seem to provide a number for this one.

I'll guess that somewhere in the 25-28ftlbs would be fine.

To be honest, being 66y/o there are really not many items I torque when installing them on the car. My training was in the USAF as a Jet Engine Mechanic. In 7 years working on the Flight Line the only bolts we torqued were the engine mounts to the airframe.

You can base your estimate on the size of that bolt you already torqued.
