Well the RB flaps arleady have me wondering. They seem to need an extra hole drilled on the front and one of the brackets was the wrong size/bend a.d broke when I tried to bend it back. Looks like I'll have to.fabricate some brackets of my own and drill some holes. Definitely not an easy, out of the box fit.

Mine went on without hitch. Fronts are easy, rears I had to switch around some of their hardware but worked fine. No extra hold needed on the fronts, one drill per side on the rears but it's just into the lower plastic corners. |

These brackets look like a kid made them. and there has to be a hole drilled behind the front face of the L bracket. Did your car come with oem splash guards?

The holes on the L brackets are so off-center that they can't line up with the clips.

I work in a fabrication shop so I can make my own brackets monday.
It just sucks that I have to wait. I wanted to install them this weekend. I'm trying to think of some way of making them now but IDK where to get anything like what I need on the weekend. |

True, the hardware looks like it's right from the local hardware store but it all seemed to work. And for half the price of the RA's, I'm good with that.

Hey ans2k, where did you tap in to power the rear basket work lights? Are they on a separate switch/relay setup?

To Rokblokx credit- theyre very friendly and easy to deal.with. If these can be put on without any more hitches, I'll be pleased. The hardware is at least stainless, and for $20 per wheel it isnt a bad deal. |

Finally done with the install of the Rokblokx flaps.
Meh, they're ok. I'm a little disappointed. I am decent at rigging things, and am pretty crafty at fabbing up stuff on the fly. The rear hardware is almost useless, more than half of it had to be sourced at the local ACE hardware. I would say if you're handy, and have tools and a work area- they are a decent buy. But they are not a simple bolt on. The fronts mounted pretty well. The rears dont have as solid a mount, due to mostly plastic as the backer to attatch to. I need to do some more tweaking on the rears, theyre a little slanted. But really, other than the flaps, every other bit is sitting right at tue hardware store. Even the brackets that mount the lower fronts, theyre just rebent "corner supports" available right at the hardware store. On a 1-10 scale, I'd give these a 5 or 6. If you want cheap flaps that are diy I that a universal kit and some stuff from Ace would be a better buy for the money. I'll grab some cutting boards at ikea and maybe try that method next time. I am not trying to trash the product. I just think theyre merely ok and that they could have been engineered a little better. I'd still rather have these than the oem splashguards. But if you aren't handy, have someone qualified to install them. And unless they change some things you may need to head to the hardware store. Im pleased that theyre on, and I like the fronts. Pics when it gets done raining... I finished JUST IN TIME. Was a bit of a headache, but now its debadged, and the flaps and weathertech mats are nice on an all-weather, all-roads type of car. Starting to really enjoy the tasteful modding. Now to do something about all that chrome on the nose... |

To their credit- the RB'S are made of great material, and the people at Rokblokx are simply FANTASTIC to deal with. They are quick to respond and very courteous and helpful. I give them an A as they were sending me the right brackets etc... I just wanted to get them done so I had to get some hardware. Not the end of the world and I DID save $50-60 over buying Rallarmor's.
Another plus is that unlike RA's, you dont have to have logos. Since I'm loving the un-badged look, I think these are the best out there in kit form for the same price as oem plastic pieces. |

Those are amazing!
Idk if i'd need all that, but brighter/more reverse lighting is on the to-do list. |

The flaps are doing their job! Man has it ever been rainy this summer, there are puddles everywhere. They offer excellent coverage. I'm really pleased with the fronts. I am going to re-do the rears friday at the shop where I work.
