Default 2011 WRX Front Seat Cushion Replacement

Hey has anyone on here ever replaced the back cushion on the front seats of a 08-14 WRX? Not the lower cushion that you sit on, but the part your back touches. I am able to feel the metal bar on my lower back (lumbar) area, it feels like the padding has worn away, would it be possible to swap that cushion over from the passenger seat since it gets less wear or is the whole back section one full piece with the airbag in it ?

thanks for any help

Have you unzipped the back of the seat to see what is going on? I know there have been threads where people were looking for additional lumbar support and they were able to just slip some additional foam in between the springs. Worth opening it up and taking a look.
