Just seen a black bugeye sedan heading north by Pecan campus.

Had two fogs center mounted and an aftermarket exhaust. Sounded like a wrx... maybe scoopless and fmic.

Had the privelage of seeing a black Nismo GT-R on the expressway. He passed someone and was gone!
I tried to keep up but let off at 108.

But was nice enough to slow down and give me a smile and wave at the exit.

Maybe i'll own one when I plan my midlife crisis.

Still researching on the cobb AP making sure they cant trace anything back so im trying to stay away from that until I get enough info it. Want to be at least stage 1 when I go play in the valley :]

I grew up in the valley. I live in San Antonio now. Subaru cars are few and far between in the valley. When I drive down in my 05 sti, I get mixed looks and comments. A lot of mustangs are brave, most corvette drivers give respect and ricers just wanna hear your bov. If you ever go to the valley be prepared to be thrown back in time about 5-10 years. Friday night high school football and after game cruising of the strip is like a religion. You'll see someone that has taken a Ford f-350 and dropped it to about 2 inches off the ground, lots of work trucks. It's typically a have and have nots place. You're either born into money or you work like a dog to have a little. Average income is like 7-10 an hour. I feel so bad when I go down there, cause after 30 years, it is still the same.

LOL, this is pretty much how I feel.

But I like the attention and race anything that dares to. Especially off the line...I just laugh at a red light when I'm getting reved at. I slowly put it on sport#, remove traction control and BOOM! Gone.

I miss launch control :/ And launching at 5900??? What mods do you have if you dont mind telling. I launched at 5500 at the track and usually 4500 street, on my 1st STi though.

So tempted to get the Cobb AP, but I'm not risking it now if anything happens to my car. Exhaust I can care less, easy switch. ECU is a different story.

Cobb AP Stage 2 93 ots map
Currently stock airbox.
Cobb short ram and Cobb airbox next weekend.
Titek catless dp
Apexi GT-Spec exhaust.

Hopefully heading to Cobb in Dallas for a tune, if this JMS Tuning here in San Antonio doesn't have an open window for me.

Nice list. I wish I could of gotten a protune from Cobb. And makes me more sad that I forgot about Texas having 93 octane! Nothing but 91 over here, another reason why I love the valley lol.

Please keep us updated on your build! And good luck with it.

Best run of the night! I had been running 13.04x all night and this was the final race of the import ET races. I must of been feeling it cause I broke 12.881 and ended up getting 2nd in my first ET bracket races. Also would like to note that I let off at the end due to me feeling like I broke 13.xx and I ended up doing so but I am extremely happy for the 12.881!
Stage 2 tune from clark turner
perrin dp w/cat
invidia race catback
cobb sf intake w/box
93oct

Not bad, easily mid 12's if you had your reaction time down. Would you happen to know if they are going to be open during December/Janurary?

It was a nice cool night and if the track was better I think I could of been doing mid 12's all night. I may be going back sometime in November. I will be putting on my ewg on and getting retuned by clark. The guy is amazing my car has never felt so strong.
