What's in the ingredients? Any actual bacon? Aside from sodium, what's the nutrition label look like (fat/carb/protien make up)?

I'll post them this evening.

Stuff I remember off the top of my head were paprika and MSG.

So I actually used it last night.

Buddies and I had a BBQ. Got a few pounds of ground beef. Applied baconsalt, ground pepper, chili flakes, formed into patties. Grilled...

And I will say that it was one of the best burgers EVER. This stuff is amazingly good. Did it taste like eating a burger made of bacon? No. But it tasted like a burger with enough of a hint of bacon to go "wow, this tastes totally different and awesome!"

I also grilled some salmon with the peppered baconsalt, and that was totally awesome too! I'm going to repeat tonight, since I have salmon left.

Good. It looks like I may not be the only one that sprinkles bacon bits over cottage cheese and grapes at lunch time.
