Dear Creator of Baconsalt,
What is the proper mixture of your product and water if I just want to mainline it?
Best Regards,

i ran two specials today with it:

Waffle Fry Poutine (fresh gaufrette yukons, cheese curds, baconsalt gravy)

Bacon Ranch Free Range Chicken Wrap (bacon-ranch dredged chicken breasts, grilled, served in lavasch style flat bread with cherry tomatoes, romaine, onion frites and avocado aioli)

both were HUGE sellers.

Mine FINALLY arrived today! I'm debating what to use it on; I have some flat-iron steaks, some cheapo steaks, or some hamburgers. Suggestions?

I don't have any ice cream, unfortunately. I'm enough of a bacon whore that I would probably try it if I did! My options are pretty much what I listed, and I don't plan on going to the store tonight.

I keep thinking of the Chapelle's Show "Real World" episode where Charlie Murphy talks about cutting some bacon off of the fatty's back!

In a weird coincidence... mine arrived in the mail today too. Decent stuff on its own, haven't tried it on anything yet.

Just seeing how your adventures in Bacon Salt are going! And when’s your next menu coming out? We’d love to send a note to our customers that you’re the first restaurant in America to put it on the menu (and of course we’d love to come by and sample the cuisine!).

BUMP - The founders of baconsalt were on a local NPR show today. I LOL'ed a lot at their story. They seemed like really cool guys.

I'm ordering some today.
