Default custom side exit exhaust idea input

so i have done custom exhaust work before on other cars. one side exit before on a jeep. but i was wondering about everyones thoughts on a 97 impreza that is a semi jdm sti spec car project. what i was thinking is having a 3 inch exhaust full mandrel bends of course. using dual side by side glass pac style mufflers side by side similar in design to the link below but with nicer merges obviously. then going to the driver side in front of the rear tire with an ovalized tube such as the link below. i think it would be kind of neat if i got it to fit tight against the body and would be different im thinking it would be best described as the exhaust on ken blocks new ghymkana fiesta exhaust. in the new ghymkana3 video. thoughts and ideas would be nice. im trying to do something different than the standard can style something with a bit more raw sound. all ideas would be nice thanks

Here is an EG33 swapped Impreza L with side exit.

You should definitely do it, I would like to see it happen, see what it sounds like when it's all done. Like mbd said, dare to be different.

i think im going to that top picture is exactly what id be looking to do accept maybe try to get the tip a bit farther toward the rear wheel. but i believe i will. im not sure what muffler to use that is compact but straight through 3 inch. other than the glass packs. but they will burn out eventually. any ideas on a muffler that is 3 inch straight through compact, and light?
