Maybe yours was manufactured subpar. I'm not arguing the flow at this point, but the welds on mine were spectacularly done and looked very good. I'm running it mated to a Cobb downpipe and as far as I'm concerned, it sounds and looks great, flow issues or not, and very few people have it compared to invidia/nameless/etc.
The exterior welds were done very nicely. However, when they made my Y pipe they welded the left side ( from rear ) in to far inside the cutt they made. It was creating serious back pressure issues. I will say though ark makes the nicest looking exhaust period!

The exhaust system is not heavy at all, and the flow rate is not even questionable. The welds are best in the market. And the sound isn't even in the same level as other manufactures . It's in a class all it's own. I have yet to find another exhaust to even compete.

BTW the y pipe on the DTS is evenly split to both sides . You had the GRIP
You sir had a much different experience then me! It was the worst of the assortment I've had on my STI. If you would like to see the photos and data on my experience with the DTS I would be more than happy to provide that for you. As for the weight, in comparison to every other quad tip on the market I believe I am correct in saying that it weighs the most. However, most people do not autocross their cars hard and will never experience the subtle differences exhaust weight can make.

Do you think it's the kind of exhaust that I could putter out of my apartment complex without making my neighbors want to kill me?

I'm pretty much torn between this and the TurboXS

Probably not. Initial start-up is loud. And unless you feel like creeping out in 3rd or 4th gear, its almost impossible to putt around with this exhaust. Trust me I've tried! But to be honest, waking the neighbors will be worth it everyday, when you open up the throttle and flat foot shift with the Ti exhaust. On top of all that, the look and build quality is 2nd to none.

We had massive rain storms all day yesterday. So hopefully I will get some better sound videos today.

Just traded in my 09 wrb Wrx hatch for a 13 black wrx hatch. I had to get it ordered and shipped to the dealer buy me. They got it in and I was on my way down to get it and I guess they have to do a lil Subaru check on it like test drive it to make sure it's all good to go and long story short I get there and they tell me they have bad news. As the mechanic pulled out of the dealer to test drive it he gets hit 55 miles on it. I was lost for words when I showed up.

Haha yeah, it was nice. I usually not a Bentley fan either, but it was pretty good looking. Sounded awesome too. I was talking with the guy for a short while actually.

I don't care what people say....HDR looks awesome haha! Anywho...I know wrong thread for this question but if my 30k maintenance is due and I'm stage 2 will the dealer give me hassle because I'm modded? Will they not honor the warranty or is that only if something broke as a result of the mods?
A repeat pic so I don't get flamed haha

That really sucks man, I'm sorry to hear that. 55 miles seems like too many miles for a car you ordered? I ordered mine and picked it up with around 3-5 miles on it, just seems strange is all.

They do not need to do a test drive on it and 55 miles is far more than I would accept the car on. If ordered there is no way it should have more than 10. Even 10 is a tad high. I have done probably 5 brand new cars over the years most had 1-2 miles on them. My subaru was the most and it had 5 or 6.

What probably happened , is that the car was probably a dealer trade . Most dealers do that with one another . If a client needs a car that the other dealer has, they will trade cars back and forth with one another, and most of the time it's driven back and forth between dealerships....
