Question for those with molded mines spoilers.

As the title says, I have a question for those of you who have a molded mines (or replica) spoiler on your trunk...

I'm considering this as an option (right now I'm wingless and love it, but a mix-up would be cool.) and was wondering if you have any issues with rain/water "pooling" up on your trunk???

I live in New England, so our high pH water, and the fact that I don't have a garage make this an important question! I don't want some weird fried egg shape of rain damage on my trunk.

yes water does pool up in the 2 corners of the trunk... not a big deal here in california though (i hope not).

do you mean does water go inside the trunk or in the rain gutters?

yeah a little puddle forms after heavy rains.. but a simple wash/dry should take care of the debris leftover. I dont see rain causing paint/trunk damage though.

the rain pools up on the sti wing too, and no damage on my trunk after 2 years
