alright all you locals...who have dealt w/the service department at south coast subaru? i think it's relatively new, so i haven't heard much about it. any input would be nice.....
and no, i don't want this on the dealership thread as it deals specifically w/a local dealer....come to think of it, it's always local, hehe

Got an oil change there a month ago. People were reall nice and they got done with my car pretty fast. They are open every Saturday for service. That's good for working folk who can't make it during the week. I think I will take my car there again.

Suby Specialties is open on Saturdays, but you'll have to call them to check if they're open. (Don and Steve are humans too).

Check out Road Race Motor Sports in Santa Fe Springs. They're usually around from 10-3 on Saturdays. Full race shop. www.roadracemotorsports.com

Thumbs up

I've had my car serviced at South Coast ever since my bad experience with Irvine over 3 years ago. South Coast's service department usually gets the job done quickly and painlessly and they know what they're doing. Their parts department is pretty knowledgeable as well. If I ever buy another Subaru it will most likely be from South Coast.

SCS is amazing. they did the repairs on my warranty-covered spun bearing and I have nothing but good things to say about them. they even seafoamed my IM for me while the new engine was being put back together (i paid for that specific service of course, but it was a nice option).
