Impreza WRX Advice Needed

I bought a used 05 WRX, and recently bought a Cobb AP3 to add to the mod list for it but when I installed it, it popped up saying there was a previous tune and clicked past it without thinking, and loaded on the stage one tune. Ever since ive been in limp mode not really apple to push over 8 psi or past 3500rpms, Im in limp mode without CEL's and am very confused on what to do. I cant uninstall the Accessport either because it doesnt recognize the white Initialization Plug in chord when trying to revert it back to the previous setting. At this point I'm open to any suggestions on what to do. Thanks!

Get a look at the engine and exhaust. Do you have an aftermarket down pipe. If so put the stage 2 OTS on at least. Check if it’s a stock turbo and you should really check if the previous guy did the deletes, they can cause limp mode without a tune.

I have an aftermarket downpipe and cant tell if the turbo is stock or not because its green. Im guessing he had a protune done before because its as if the ECU is locked and wont let me reflash the whole thing i can only do realtime tunes. Any idea how to get it back to stock ECU settings?
