Default Snow Getting In Car!!

Don't you hate when you have to clean off your car covered in snow? When you open that door all the snow fall onto your seat that just makes me . Anyone have any idea how to avoid this. I though of making a mount to mount my brush under the car?

Consider removing the snow from around your door BEFORE opening it

You know, using your hand in a glove, elbow in a jacket, or any other dangling appendage you might have?

It's not rocket science... Wipe off the door before you open it. It happens with any car when living in a snowy area and not parking in a garage.

You should move to southern California. Sounds like you'd fit in with SCIC.

I take my P-90 and take pot shots at the side window before I leave the house. The snow tends to explode outwards. The down side is that the glass tends to explode inside.

This sounds like a great idea. I'm going to mount my AR15 to my window, so I can get all the snow off my car from the comfort of my home.

What I usually do, and flame away if it makes your .... feel better, is I have a brush inside the house since I have more than one vehicle and I use that when I first walk out. When not home I just pop the hatch, 2000 outback, and grab the brush n go to town.
BTW, American here and my IQ is 157, but thanks for playing.

Aside from the aforementioned logical suggestions....

Keep your scraper/snowbrush in the trunk/hatch. This way, unless you are sitting in the trunk, you are safe to open away, brush away the offending snow, and then open the doors without fear of the offending snow falling down into the seat and ruining your day.
