Default EJ257 Factory Rod Bolt Stretch Tolerance?

I'm rebuilding a stock EJ257 and i'm currently in the process of measuring the rod w/bearing bore to get the correct oil clearance with the crank. I notice on one of the reused rod bolt never hit the torque spec of 38ft-lbs and it was stretched compared to the other side.

I'm planning on replacing all the rod bolts with OEM ones but couldn't find the factory bolt stretch tolerance anywhere. I'm just curious if anyone has that info otherwise I'll just get APR rod bolts to be within the bolt stretch tolerance, thanks.
