I've purchased a lot of parts from Japanparts and Japanparts 'purchase service' consistently between 2002-2014, from when I first bought my car and joined Nasioc to the present.

They are consistently the best vendor I've ever used.

Only delays I've ever experienced was if a part was back-ordered from a manufacturer. Shipping is lightning fast even from Tokyo... the record for me was 3 days for a smaller part. Close as you can get to overnight parts from Japan

Very satisfied customer and will continue to purchase from them for many years to come

Has anyone ordered from Japanparts recently? Was wondering if there are other recommended sources for JDM parts who are also vendors on this forum.

I ordered a Ver6 STi front differential in January of this year. I've been ordering from Japanparts for years now.

It depends on what kind of parts you're after. Wheels? Body parts? Exhausts? JDM engines?

There's JDM Racing Motors and a few others if you look in the Supporting Vendors section.

I've dealt with a few other companies outside this forum:

Bulletproof Automotive
Nengun Performance

Thanks for the heads up! I tried contacting Nengun with a price match request and never heard back. Looks like I'll be going with Japanparts since they have the best price for what I'm looking for (body aero).

Anybody know what's up with JapanParts credit card system? I ordered something from them 03/18 - saw a credit card authorization go through, but no actual posting of the credit card transaction. I've already received the part I ordered last Saturday (3/28/2015) but still no posting of the credit card transaction. Worried because my credit card company changed my card number last Friday and I want to make sure these guys get their money. E-Mailed JapanParts support and they said "rest assured" that the transaction was charged (but my bank says they haven't seen the transaction posted, only the authorization which dropped off and and it's been over 2 weeks).

You guys had any issues with them not posting credit card transactions in a timely manner?

Aside from that, my feedback is that they have great pricing, and quick shipping. Was able to order the HKS Equal Length Header from their site for 520$ shipped (USD is king right now, and 140$ of that 520$ was EMS shipping so minus shipping, the header is only 380$ USD, whuut whuut?). Nobody in the US has the HKS EQL Headers in stock right now, and most US Vendors are charging 100+ more dollars for it.

Coupling the headers with the Grimmspeed Up-Pipe.

Sweet headers!

Yeah, I received my Ver6 STi helical front differential before my bank account was charged for it. It took like a month before the charge was posted. If Japanparts isn't worried about it, then I think you'll be okay.

I used paypal and was charged immediately. Unfortunately I have been waiting 2+ weeks for a shipment confirmation. But that's no biggie. I've waited years for the Subaru and a year to buy this spoiler, what's another month or two! Sweet looking header, hope you enjoy it!

Most of the parts on my car was bought from JapanParts. Their estimated shipping date is very accurate, and if there are parts not listed, they are very prompted at quoting those for me. Very happy customer

Very happy customer for years. they also middle JDM parts too if they dont have it on their site. i have a custom audio control carbon fiber bezel made from Liberal through Japanparts. They are the best and i would not deal with anyone else. ive dealt with RHDJapan and Vivid (both a little more pricey). Japanparts never gave me a problem with anything. The only time i had to wait for something for a while was for the roof vent from Subaru. its wasnt japanparts fault. Subaru ran out of WRB roof vents for a while lol.

Are they still answering questions on here? I need to figure out if they have the GDB rear aprons or not.

Cant find them individually, but they are part of the 3pc aero kit.

Curious if anyone's purchased from Japanparts recently? Feedback on here seems very positive, just a few years old now.
