Default calling all ej20k owners.... what is its limits

hi eveyone as the title states i really woild like to find out the strength and the limits of a opend deck ej20k with stock wrx heads on it ?

first off let me tell u that my ej20k is a bit of a frak engine had 5 oil/water mix in the oil pan 5 times it turned to coffe and drove it like that for 20 to 30km and didnt suppn a bottem end bearing yet..... been giving it some very hard wot through all gears gets to 220km very very easy ....has a 03 sti bottem end internals so my weak link is my stock cylinder heads

anyone ran a gt30 on a stock ej20k? would be my dream to run a gt35 but im sure the cams cant flow that much air and so i think i will have turbo surgeing issuse

please tell me what this engine is cappable of
