Default Clunking noise in neutral

Hi guys.

I have a problem with the transmission. While the car is stopped in neutral, a noise is heard from something loose at the back of the box. But when I press the clutch, stop doing it...The 4 bearings are new.
The noise began to do it when last year i have synchro grinding noises. I changed the 5th gear, for one of wrx gc8 98. The difference between this and my 2002, is that mine had 3 small hooks. The GC8 had 3 sturdy and solid locks. When I mixed all the pieces, at the end of the 5th gear, before the 35mm nut, I kept the synchro cone stopper, instead of putting the round plate, as I show in the following photo.

The little locks damaged of my SF5

The swap...

Result...(Now that I notice, the holes are poorly positioned)

5th gear placed with the synchro cone stopper

What can generate that noise? Like a loose ball ... loose synchro cone stopper hitting with the fork? It seems normal.
Something of the clutch? It is new and works perfectly, the bearing too. The only rare thing is that rattle is heard from the clutch, when it accelerates, as if it were rods / main bearing. But when I press the clutch, and at the same time it accelerates, it doesn't.

Sorry for not making the video. This query arose once the box was disassembled.

This is the noise of which I tell you.
The fifth gear was missing an insurance, it was already resolved but the noise is still the same
