Hey guys, I purchased xxr 527 18x8.75 in the summer along with brand new Federal 225/45/18 tires. Don't ask why I bought such big of tires, I have no idea why I did either. Anyways, what is a good size to buy (used) for daily driving, I am on Coilovers and plan on lowering the car. Car is a 02 Wrx sedan

You've done this so backwards, you need to figure it out on your own. |

Yea he was wasn't he? I can't stand people who have to comment like that...anywho...It all depends on the roads where you live. A good tire size that everyone seems to run when going with rims that wide is 245/40/18 or even 235/40/18 BUT from what i've read most people had to do some type of fender rolling. IF you think ur rims can handle 235/35/18 and your roads aren't that bad, you can go that route also...it's a pretty skinny tire though so the risk of rims gettin bent is higher Good Luck! Much love from a REAL subaru enthusiast

You haven't even provided enough information for any of us to actually help you. If you weren't aware of issues running these types of fitments, why did you buy those wheels. Quote:
For a "real" enthusiast, you seem fairly clueless. |

That's not what u said. I'm not looking for a argument, all I wanna know is what siZe tire to run. Now that I'm aware of the stickies I'll use them instead of posting up a thousand forums.
